Our campaign for NISSAN QASHQAI complements our 8+ year relationship with NISSAN across the Canadian and North American markets.
The challenge was to create a big buzz around an entry level SUV in a brand-driven, luxury car-oriented market. So, we created the UNLOCK YOUR LIFESTYLE integrated campaign, which connected the QASHQAI SUV to Hong Kong’s great outdoors – we encouraged participants to share their favourite secret getaway locations to win a prize, to prompt QASHQAI test drives and collect data for CRM. Touchpoints included print, ambient display, PR events, and microsite.
Elsewhere we have successfully created and managed ongoing advertising campaigns, CRM and marketing platforms generating a 10:1 ROI for the NISSAN network.
When McDonald’s Australia wanted a campaign to bring awareness to consumers that McDonald’s had launched All Day Breakfast, The Marketing Store developed the Macca’s Prize Alarm App, which rewarded people with McDonald’s food coupons, lucky draw tickets and other prizes - every time they set their app alarm. With minimal media support, the Macca’s Prize Alarm App became the no. 1 free app on both Google Play and iTunes stores in Australia.
The Marketing Store helped Infiniti Motors develop a Lead Generation App used at motor shows to capture lead information in an intuitive, conversational manner, and to improve the quality of leads captured through the use of a predictive lead profiling model. The app incorporated five language preferences and was used at the Geneva and Seoul motor shows.
In addition to the app, The Marketing Store carried out training and created training materials for the Infiniti Brand Ambassadors. Our team also attended both motor shows to provide live support to the Infiniti teams.

In China, consumers limit their CREDIT CARD usage because they are not fully aware of their CREDIT CARD privileges.
Our research indicated that CREDIT CARD transactions in China are focused on airlines, restaurants, retailers and hotels.
To help Visa increase credit card usage, we engaged and educated consumers through a special Visa Platinum and Infinite privileges program. We also increased the number of merchants in those four popular pillars as well as widened the number of pillars to give consumers more choice.
The program was a tremendous success resulting in the recruitment of 70 merchants with over 360 outlets and helping generate cardholder transactions worth over RMB 221 million.

The Marketing Store developed AVC’s ‘Journey of Discovery’ campaign that promoted the brand promise of authentic, indigenous experiences, aimed at higher net worth consumers.
